Time is a critical factor in the aviation industry, and every minute saved can have a significant impact on both the environment and the bottom line. By reducing the time aircraft spend on the ground, we can minimize fuel consumption, decrease emissions, and increase operational efficiency. This translates to cost savings for our customers and contributes to a more sustainable aviation industry.

Our advanced technology and automated systems allow for efficient de-icing, washing, and engine washing, reducing aircraft idle time and ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, our commitment to using environmentally friendly products and processes further reinforces our dedication to sustainability. At MSG Aviation, we recognize the value of time and its impact on both our customers and the environment, and we continuously strive to improve and innovate for a better tomorrow.

At MSG Aviation, we are committed to leveraging the latest technology to optimize aircraft de-icing and washing operations. Our state-of-the-art software plays a crucial role in ensuring that we deliver high-quality, efficient services to our customers.

Our robotics system utilizes dynamic 3D models and cutting-edge software to create precise paths around aircraft during the de-icing and washing processes. This allows us to minimize idle time and reduce the amount of de-icing fluid needed, resulting in significant cost savings and emissions reductions.

In addition to enhancing our de-icing and washing capabilities, our robots also carry inspection cameras and utilize advanced software to detect and report any potential defects or damage on the aircraft. This enables us to provide our customers with an even more comprehensive service that ensures their fleet is always in top condition.

To further optimize our operations, our traffic management system uses historical data, weather patterns, and estimates from the robot software to create accurate time estimates for each aircraft, minimizing delays and increasing operational availability.

At MSG Aviation, we believe that investing in state-of-the-art software and robotics technology is key to delivering high-quality, efficient services while also reducing costs and emissions.

MSG Aviation to build the world's largest robot at Oslo Airport

Green technology and artificial intelligence developed in Norway will land at Avinor Oslo Airport (OSL) when the world’s largest robot from MSG Aviation is ready for use next year. The robot can potentially replace the current manual and time-consuming processes for de-icing of aircraft, as well as washing, engine washing and technical inspection. For the airlines, this means reduced costs and lower carbon emissions.
