SAFETY

Our automated system follows guidelines from SAE International Global Anti-Icing and De-Icing Standards, which are recognized and referenced by regulatory authorities including the FAA, EASA, Transport Canada, and ICAO to promote common de-icing processes and improve safety. These standards were developed in collaboration with airlines, regulatory authorities, de-icing service providers, equipment and fluid suppliers, aircraft OEMs, and airport authorities to harmonize ground de-icing recommended practices.

In addition, we also adhere to the Aircraft Ground De/Anti-Icing Communication Phraseology for Flight and Ground Crews (ARP6257) and IATA standards, which ensure clear and effective communication between all parties involved in the de-icing process. Our commitment to these industry standards and best practices helps to ensure safe and efficient operations for our customers.

EFFICIENCY

Our de-ice product is designed to be highly efficient, allowing for a fast and thorough de-icing process. Our state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technology ensures that we can effectively remove ice and snow from aircraft surfaces in a timely manner, reducing the time that aircraft need to spend on the ground during de-icing. This means that airlines can keep their schedules running smoothly, and passengers can avoid unnecessary delays. Additionally, our de-ice product is designed to minimize waste and reduce environmental impact, further improving its efficiency. Overall, our de-ice product is a reliable and efficient solution for keeping aircraft free from ice and snow.

DE-ICE Tool

Our robot is equipped with a highly efficient de-icing tool, which is designed to quickly and effectively remove ice and snow from aircraft surfaces. With 31 individual nozzles and the ability to spray and use various substances including glycol, water, and air, our de-icing tool ensures that every inch of the aircraft is thoroughly de-iced. Measuring 3.00m in length, it is designed to cover a large area in a short amount of time, while still maintaining precision and accuracy. And with the ability to change tools in just 15 minutes, we are able to provide a range of different services efficiently and effectively.

TEST FACILITY

At our full-scale test facility located at ENSN Geitegryggen Airport, we conduct rigorous testing on our de-icing equipment to ensure it meets industry standards for safety and effectiveness. By testing our equipment in a controlled environment, we can optimize our de-icing process and identify any areas for improvement. This testing also allows us to gather real-world data on the performance of our de-icing equipment, which we can use to continuously improve our products and services. As a result of this rigorous testing, we are confident that our de-icing equipment is efficient, effective, and environmentally friendly.
