Zero State water


Our advanced water technology, known as Pure Water, is a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution for aircraft washing. Pure Water is specially treated to have an extremely low PPM (parts per million), making it a highly effective substitute for harmful chemicals traditionally used in aircraft washing. By utilizing Pure Water, we are able to reduce the use of harmful chemicals, contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendly operation.

On-site RECYCLing

According to a Airbus study from 2014, a clean aircraft can save up to 1,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year compared to a dirty aircraft. This is due to the reduced drag on the aircraft caused by dirt and other contaminants on the surface, which in turn reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

The exact amount of CO2 saved by cleaning an aircraft depends on factors such as the size and type of the aircraft, the frequency of cleaning, and the specific cleaning methods used. However, it is clear that regular cleaning of aircraft can have a significant impact on reducing CO2 emissions and improving overall sustainability in the aviation industry. With our engine wash product we can remove the build-up of dirt and debris from the engine, which leads to a cleaner and more efficient engine. This results in reduced fuel burn and decreased CO2 emissions. In fact, studies have shown that a clean engine can result in up to a 1.5% reduction in fuel burn, which equates to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions.

Less ground time

Our automatic aircraft de-icing services and traffic management software are designed to minimize idle time for aircraft on the ground during de-icing operations. By automating and optimizing the de-icing process, we can significantly reduce the time that an aircraft spends idling on the ground, which in turn reduces its CO2 emissions.
On average we aim to reduce idle time by 4 minutes pr. aircraft during a de-icing event.


Overall, our highly effective automatic de-ice, wash, and engine wash system is a critical component in driving the reduction of emissions in the aviation industry. We are proud to offer a sustainable solution that not only enhances safety and efficiency, but also supports a greener future for aviation.




Our capture and recycling plant is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allows us to capture and recycle de-icing fluids and wash water. This means that the contaminated water is captured and treated on-site, reducing the amount of waste that needs to be transported off-site for disposal. By reducing the amount of waste that needs to be transported, we reduce transportation emissions and help keep our environment clean.
We estimate to achieve a near perfect capture rate at OSL, with a goal of 90%+ capture of spent glycol by end of testing period.
