Our state-of-the-art processing plant is being built using cutting-edge Vilokan technology. The primary purpose of this plant is to efficiently and effectively recycle glycol and water used in the aviation industry and de-ice process. Our facility features advanced equipment and processes that enable us to recover and purify used glycol and water, reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact. With this plant, we can provide the highest quality services to our customers while also taking important steps towards a more sustainable future.
One of the key environmental benefits of on-site recycling of glycol is the reduction of harmful chemicals in the surrounding environment. Traditional methods of disposing of used de-icing fluid, such as letting it run off into the surrounding waterways, can be damaging to local ecosystems. However, by recycling the fluid on-site, airports can prevent the release of harmful substances and protect local wildlife.
Using advanced distillation techniques, we are able to recover up to 99.5% pure glycol from used de-icing fluid. This recycled glycol can then be used to create new de-icing fluid, reducing the need for new raw materials and minimizing waste. Our glycol recycling technology not only benefits the environment but also has significant economic potential, making it a win-win solution for airports and the planet.
